The Craftcation Studio Owners Mastermind
The Craftcation Studio Owners Mastermind is a collaborative, peer-led experience designed for creatives who run hands-on workshop studios. It’s a dedicated space to share ideas, troubleshoot challenges, and build a lasting community of support — guided by experienced studio owner Karrie Anne Vitti of Let’s Craft and other experienced studio owners.
MASTERMIND FAQS
This mastermind is designed for creative studio owners — or those planning to open a hands-on workshop studio — who want meaningful peer-to-peer support around teaching, operations, programming, events, and community-building.
If you run classes, camps, parties, or corporate workshops, this is for you.
The Studio Owners Mastermind is a collaborative, unconference-style experience. Instead of a traditional class, participants help shape the discussions so conversations focus on real challenges and opportunities studio owners are facing.
You can expect:
Peer-driven discussions, resource sharing, and actionable insights
A “recipe format” project swap so you leave with ready-to-implement workshop ideas
Small-group deep dives on topics like adult workshops, kids’ parties, corporate events, or camps
Optional social meetups for connection and support
The opportunity to continue as an ongoing virtual mastermind group after Craftcation
Participants will leave with multiple project ideas, systems, and strategies they can use immediately in their studios.
The mastermind is guided by three experienced studio leaders who each bring deep, hands-on knowledge of running creative spaces:
Karrie Anne Vitti — Owner of Let’s Craft, specializing in unique crafting experiences for adults, kids, birthdays, and team-building. Passionate about helping studio owners build sustainable, community-centered businesses.
Jenny — Interior designer and creative class designer known for elevating simple ideas into unforgettable experiences. Her classes and design-forward approach inspire next-level workshop programming.
Denise — Former owner of The Craft Bar and now a key leader at Let’s Craft. She brings real-world expertise in operations, guest experience, and running profitable workshops for both kids and adults.
Together, they create an organized, supportive environment with actionable takeaways you can immediately bring back to your studio.
The mastermind takes place during the pre-conference portion of Craftcation, beginning Tuesday afternoon and continuing through Wednesday lunch, with optional gatherings and check-ins throughout the week.
It’s included in your Craftcation ticket. However, there are limited spaces and applicants must be approved. This is the inaugural mastermind and participants will be asked for feedback in exchange for attending this free program.
