During the session, you will be gently guided through a series of mindfulness and body-awareness practices while comfortably lying down. This practice helps to release tension, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, our time together will offer a serene space to rejuvenate your mind and body. Bring a mat, a blanket, and an open heart for this restorative journey.
