Craftcation isn’t just a business expense or a crafty vacation it’s a community of people who come together for one weekend a year and say yes to the mess. The messy feelings, the messy arts, the mess of being human. It’s not the opening of a very craft based horror

It’s not the opening of a very craft based horror movie, it’s Supporting Hospitality And Real Connection (SHARC) Week! (No we don’t have a thing for sharks, we just really wanted the acronym to work.)

More than the classes, the crafts, or the beach, the magic of Craftcation is in the community and we’re finding new ways for folks to build connections with each other- both in Ventura and at home.

We’re introducing these updates over a week because there is a tidal wave of goodness, but if you add us to your favorites you can be in that front row seat, splash zone style.

You don’t have to worry about that, we have you covered. When our presenters work with us the onsite team does their best to coordinate the requested supplies and procedures to make you and our attendees experiences fond memories.

At Craftcation we want everyone to walk away feeling good, not just about learning but about taking the time to create, play and share. If you have an idea for a workshop or a new way to present something we have hosted before we want to hear from you. Presenter open call closes Sept. 7th.

Our new Hospitality team comes in two flavors with perks, Co-host and Ambassador. But Applications close Aug. 19th so don’t wait if you hear the call, apply by commenting PEOPLE!

Co-hosts are friendly faces in the crowd who keep the community engaged and connected online throughout the year, and help attendees feel welcome at Craftcation.
Ambassadors help represent Craftcation and take on everything Co-hosts do, plus a focus area or special project of their own to help improve the attendee experience.
