The Craftcation Presenter Hub
Welcome, Craftcation Presenters!
I’m Nicole—founder of Craftcation—and along with our incredible team, I’m here to make sure your presenter experience is smooth, supported, and unforgettable.
First, thank you. Saying yes to presenting at Craftcation means you’re sharing your expertise, inspiring attendees, and helping them tap into their creativity (and maybe even a little courage too). You’re a huge part of what makes this conference so special, and we’re beyond grateful to have you on board.
This page is your go-to hub for everything you need to prep for your session and get the most out of your time at the conference. You’ll find key dates, checklists, updates, and reminders here—so bookmark it and check back often. I’ll also send the occasional email with highlights to keep you on track.
Got a question or need a hand? I’m just an email away.
We can’t wait to see you (and cheer you on!) in Ventura.
Nicole
NEXT STEPS
CONFIRM YOUR PARTICIPATION (REGISTER & SUBMIT YOUR SUPPLY LIST)
You must confirm your participation by clicking on the link in your acceptance email. That link is specific to you and your workshops.
That form will take you to the spot to confirm that you’re teaching at Craftcation, submit your supplies and order an optional commemorative tee & pin. By doing this you will be automatically registered for Craftcation.
You must do this by 10.2.26.
Please review the supply submission guidelines and if you have questions about submitting supplies join us at Supply Submission Office Hours (dates and links are here).
Even if you already have a ticket, you’ll still need to complete presenter registration. If you’ve already purchased a ticket, you can defer your ticket to a future year on this page which also has our ticket policy
SHARE CRAFTCATION WITH YOUR COMMUNITY
Sharing Craftcation is quick and easy with our Promotional Assets Library—loaded with ready-to-use graphics, templates, and copy so you don’t have to start from scratch.

CREATING THE CRAFTCATION EXPERIENCE TOGETHER
As a Craftcation presenter, you’re a huge part of what makes this experience special. You’re not just teaching a skill—you’re helping create the welcoming, encouraging and creative environment Craftcation is known for.
Here are a few ways we can create that experience together:
Encourage Every Skill Level
Everyone comes to Craftcation with a different level of experience—from first-time crafters to longtime makers.Meet attendees where they are, cheer them on and make space for experimenting, questions and mistakes. We’re big believers in progress over perfection and want everyone to leave feeling confident and excited to keep creating.
Use Inclusive Language
Our attendees come from many different backgrounds and identities, and we want everyone to feel welcome.
Please respect attendees’ names and pronouns and use non-gendered language when addressing your class whenever possible. For example, instead of “Okay, ladies, let’s start knitting!” try “Okay, folks, let’s start knitting!”
Keep Sales in the Pop-Up Shop
All presenters have the opportunity to participate in the Craftcation Pop-Up Shop, so please refrain from selling products during your workshops. If attendees are interested in purchasing your products, kits, books or other goodies, direct them to the Pop-Up Shop so workshop time can stay focused on learning and creating.
Bring Problems to Us
Things happen! Supplies go missing, equipment acts weird and sometimes things simply don’t go according to plan. If you have an issue with your workshop, supplies, classroom or Craftcation experience, please bring it directly to our team. We’ll do our best to help solve it. We also ask that concerns about Craftcation, our team or logistics aren’t aired during your workshop. Your attendees are there to have a great experience, and we want to keep the classroom positive and focused on them.
Make It Work + Go With the Flow
In the words of Tim Gunn: make it work. With nearly 200 workshops and a whole lot of moving pieces, we do our absolute best to make sure you have everything you need. But we’re human, and occasionally something gets missed, moved or doesn’t go exactly as planned. Bring a little flexibility and problem-solving spirit with you. If something goes sideways, find a Craftcation team member and we’ll figure it out together.
Take Care of Your Classroom
Please arrive with enough time to get settled and begin your workshop on time. When you’re finished, gather your materials, clean up your workspace and help leave the room ready for the next presenter. If you requested a crew member in your classroom, please utilize them to help things run smoothly.
Keep the Classroom Kind
Help us create a space where attendees feel comfortable learning, experimenting, asking questions and being themselves.
If something happens in your classroom that you’re unsure how to handle, find a Craftcation team member. We’re here to help.
Remember: You’re Part of the Magic
Our presenters set the tone for the Craftcation experience. Attendees may not remember whether their project turned out perfectly, but they’ll remember how they felt in your classroom.
Check Out Our Craft-firmations
Our Craft-firmations are at the heart of the Craftcation experience and are a great reminder of how we show up for ourselves and each other while we’re here. Please take a few minutes to read through our Craft-firmations and keep them in mind as you teach, connect and create throughout the week. They help set the tone for the kind, supportive and encouraging community we’re all creating together.
Thank you for helping us create a Craftcation where people feel welcomed, encouraged and excited to try something new. We’re so happy you’re here.
