I’m Nicole—founder of Craftcation—and along with our incredible team, I’m here to make sure your presenter experience is smooth, supported, and unforgettable.

First, thank you. Saying yes to presenting at Craftcation means you’re sharing your expertise, inspiring attendees, and helping them tap into their creativity (and maybe even a little courage too). You’re a huge part of what makes this conference so special, and we’re beyond grateful to have you on board.

This page is your go-to hub for everything you need to prep for your session and get the most out of your time at the conference. You’ll find key dates, checklists, updates, and reminders here—so bookmark it and check back often. I’ll also send the occasional email with highlights to keep you on track.

Even if you already have a ticket, you’ll still need to complete presenter registration. If you’ve already purchased a ticket, you can defer your ticket to a future year on this page which also has our ticket policy.

BOOK YOUR LODGING

We have an extra special discounted rate for presenters that’s even less expensive than our attendee rate! It’s only available via this link.

You can stay on-site at the Marriott Ventura and take advantage of our discounted nightly rate or you can stay off-site at a rental house or another hotel. We have alternate accommodation ideas in The Attendee Hub.

GET YOUR TRAVEL STIPEND

If you qualify for a travel stipend, we’ll send that to you so you can use it towards your lodging or other travel expenses. Please fill out the travel stipend to be reimbursed. Stipends will be sent a right before Craftcation.

Workshop Requirement Form submissions are due: 11.1.25
Office Hours Form: Opens- 11.17.25 & Closes: 3.1.26
Worksheets, presentations, patterns and handouts are due: 3.1.26
Shipping window to the hotel: 3.5.26 – 4.1.26

Automatic Pop-Up Shop Approval for Presenters
Good news: as a presenter, you’re already pre-approved for the Pop-Up Shop (yay!). Just remember—pre-approval doesn’t skip the rules. You’ll need to follow all deadlines and guidelines. If you’d like to participate, submit your pre-approved application by 2.15.26.
