Below you’ll find the Crew Handbook, filled with everything you need to feel prepared and confident in your role, along with a video tour of the hotel so you can get familiar with the space before you arrive. Please take time to review the handbook and watch the tour in advance — it makes a big difference once we’re on the ground and things are moving quickly.
