Craftcation Conference Ticket Policy
We understand that plans can change, but unfortunately, Craftcation Conference tickets are non-refundable, whether original or deferred registrations. Once confirmed and processed, registrations cannot be refunded. Attendees facing unforeseen circumstances have options to either transfer and sell their registration to another individual, with the new registrant adhering to Craftcation Conference terms, or defer their registration to a future year, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Craftcation Conference Deferred Registration Terms and Conditions.
In the event of conference cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, your registration will be transferred to the rescheduled event. For further assistance, contact hello@craftcationconference.com.

In lieu of a refund, attendees have the following options:
Transfer Your Ticket
You can sell or give your ticket to another person for a $30 transfer fee (to be paid by the new registrant). The new registrant must agree to Craftcation’s terms and conditions.
Defer Your Registration
If you’re not able to make it this year, you can defer your registration to the following year’s conference for a $30 deferral fee. Deferrals are a one-time option per registration.
Fill out the Ticket Change Request Form at the bottom of this page at least 30 days before the conference start date. Here’s what happens next:
If you’re transferring:
- We’ll send the person you’re transferring to an email with instructions to complete their registration using a unique link and transfer code. They’ll pay the $30 transfer fee at that time.
- Once they’ve completed registration, your original registration will be cancelled.
- If the transfer is not completed by the new registrant within 7 days, the request will expire and you’ll need to resubmit.
If you’re deferring:
- We’ll cancel your current registration.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with details about what to expect next.
- When registration opens for the following year, we’ll send you an email with a unique code to register. You will pay the $30 deferral fee at that time.
- Deferred registrations are eligible for a one-time deferral only and are non-refundable.
Deadline: All transfer and deferral requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the start of the conference. Requests received after this date will not be accepted.
