Congratulations on being chosen to exhibit and create your art showcase at Craftcation. This is your hub to find all the info you’ll need for preparation and installation. If you’d like a refresher on the basics of Art Showcases at Craftcation head to the info and application page.
You’re welcome to use this year’s theme, Dolly’s Disco Desert, as inspiration—or interpret it in your own unique way. Check out this inspiration board for theme-related ideas. You don’t have to be on theme although we encourage it.

👉 Stages in Salons 1 & 2 are 6′ x 8′ and 1.5 feet off the ground.
🚫 No Damage, No Mess
No holes in walls or damage to hotel property
No messy materials (looking at you, glitter)
No Command hooks on hotel walls
Recommended: magnetic hooks, freestanding frames, painter’s tape
📐 Respect Space Limitations
Some areas have unique layout or access notes
Review the space spec sheet before finalizing your design
- Install window: Monday, April 6 – Tuesday, April 7, 2026
All pieces must be fully installed by end of day Tuesday
Bring any help you need—our team can’t assist with installs
