This page is your one-stop spot for signing up for workshops and building your Craftcation 2025 schedule! You’ll use this page to select your workshops for the week and can return anytime to view or update your schedule before the enrollment deadline.

 

🚨 Enroll in Batches for the Best Results!

You do not need to fill out your entire schedule at once! To secure your must-have workshops, follow this strategy:
✔ Step 1: Select your top 1–3 workshops and click “Save Workshop Selections” immediately.
✔ Step 2: After saving, return to add more workshops for your remaining time slots.
✔ Step 3: Repeat this process until your schedule is complete.

💡 Why? This prevents you from missing out on your top choices if a workshop fills up while you’re selecting other sessions.

How It Works

  • Selecting a workshop from the dropdown adds it to your cart.
  • Clicking “Save Workshop Selections” is like checking out—this finalizes your choices and confirms your spot!
  • If a workshop is Sold Out, it will be labeled as (Sold Out) in the dropdown (some browsers may show it greyed out).

Waitlist Information

  • To join a waitlist, select the Sold Out workshop from the dropdown and click “Add to Waitlist” when it appears in the Waitlist Notes column.
  • Clicking Add to Waitlist secures your waitlist spot immediately – no need to click ‘Save.’ However, if you do not manually click ‘Add to Waitlist’, you will NOT be added.
  • After saving or refreshing the page, you’ll see your waitlist status and position in line under “Current Waitlists” at the bottom of the screen.
  • If a space opens for you, you’ll receive an email notification. You will have 24 hours to claim your spot before it moves to the next person in line.

Additional Notes

  • Skipping a Time Slot? No problem! Leave it blank, and you can always come back to make changes.
  • Final Step: After making your selections, click “Save Workshop Selections” to confirm your choices.

DO:

  • Plan Ahead: Use the schedule and planning worksheets before enrollment opens.
  • Register for your must-have workshops first, then go back and fill the rest of your schedule.
  • Enroll, drop, or change workshops anytime before March 31.
  • Manually click "Add to Waitlist" if a class is marked (Sold Out).
  • Click "Save Workshop Selections" every time you make a change.

DON'T:

  • After clicking 'Save Workshop Selections', be patient. Do NOT refresh the page, or you risk losing your selections.
  • Don’t use the back button—use navigation links instead.
  • Don't assume you're on the waitlist just because a workshop is full. You MUST click Add to Waitlist to be added.
  • Don’t panic if a workshop is full! You can waitlist multiple sessions in the same time slot.
  • Don’t confuse your Craftcation website login with your conference ticket registration login (Regfox) - they are separate systems!
  • Don’t register for your own workshop if you are a presenter! (This will take a seat from attendees.)

REMEMBER:

  • Workshop selection is NOT confirmed until you hit Save Selected Workshops!
  • Casual Crafts & Before/After Hours Sessions do NOT require enrollment!
