• Sessions to host – Number of approved sessions

• Room type – Details on room setups are further down this page

• Class type – You can find descriptions of the different class types here

• Students per session – Max students, based on room capacity and your comfort level

• Supplies for (per session) – Use this number to calculate supply needs (a little higher than class capacity to allow for last minute waitlist adds at your discretion or supply issues)

Supplies Guidelines

List ALL equipment and materials needed, including:

• Machinery (e.g., kiln, heat gun)

• Specific supplies (e.g., crochet hook, yarn, hot glue, water access)

• Basic supplies (e.g., copy paper, notepads, pencils per attendee)

Nothing is automatically provided beyond tables and chairs.

If your workshop only needs tables, chairs, and the AV listed under your room type (see the descriptions below), you do not need to complete the supplies form.
