The Craftcation Art Showcase

Art Showcases are an opportunity for you to imagine, propose and create a unique installation experience at Craftcation. They are designed to reflect your style, show off your talent and give you an audience for your work! We are looking for members of our community to create one-of-a kind installations that we will showcase around the hotel during Craftcation.
Approved artists receive:a complimentary ticket to Craftcation 2026 and a chance to win a free ticket to Craftcation 2027
These curated installations will be on display throughout the entire conference. They can include:
Free-standing murals
Backdrops or sets for business stages or craft classrooms
Photo ops, props, or themed backdrops
Creative installations or interactive displays

👉 Stages in Salons 1 & 2 are 6′ x 8′ and 1.5 feet off the ground.
🚫 No Damage, No Mess
No holes in walls or damage to hotel property
No messy materials (looking at you, glitter)
No Command hooks on hotel walls
Recommended: magnetic hooks, freestanding frames, painter’s tape
⏳ Installation Timeline
Install window: Monday, April 21 – Tuesday, April 22, 2026
All pieces must be fully installed by end of day Tuesday
Bring any help you need—our team can’t assist with installs
