The Craftcation Art Showcase
Info & Application

Art Showcases are an opportunity for you to imagine, propose and create a unique installation experience at Craftcation. They are designed to reflect your style, show off your talent and give you an audience for your work! We are looking for members of our community to create one-of-a kind installations that we will showcase around the hotel during Craftcation. 

Approved artists receive a complimentary ticket to Craftcation 2027.

These curated installations will be on display throughout the entire conference. They can include:

  • Free-standing murals

  • Backdrops or sets for business stages or craft classrooms

  • Photo ops, props, or themed backdrops

  • Creative installations or interactive displays

Not officially—but we’re happy to:

  • Review your supply list

  • See if we have what you need in our warehouse

  • Try to pair you with a sponsor for material support

  • Available showcase areas

  • Space dimensions and limitations

🚫 No Damage, No Mess

  • No holes in walls or damage to hotel property

  • No messy materials (looking at you, glitter)

  • No Command hooks on hotel walls

  • Recommended: magnetic hooks, freestanding frames, painter’s tape

⏳ Installation Timeline

  • Install window: Monday, March 29 – Tuesday, March 30, 2027

  • All pieces must be fully installed by end of day Tuesday

  • Bring any help you need—our team can’t assist with installs

📐 Respect Space Limitations

  • Some areas have unique layout or access notes

  • Review the space spec sheet before finalizing your design

  • I agree to provide all materials, supplies, etc. to host my Art Showcase.
  • I agree to follow the rules as outlined in the section above.
  • I understand that my showcase will remain on display through the duration of the conference.
  • I understand that it is my responsibility to tear down my display at the end of the conference,
