Cindy Liu

LooHoo's® Inc, is a catering company that is based in Ventura County, California, and is committed to supporting the local economy, especially the farming community and farmers markets.

Founder Cindy Liu has had a passion for cooking since she was allowed to hold a knife.

Cindy had a non traditional journey into the food profession. She earned an MBA in international marketing and worked in brand management and marketing for Fortune 500 companies for several years. All the while, simmering in the background, was her joy of cooking.

She traveled the world to learn to cook and began catering family and friends' special events.

Cindy's passion for cooking bubbled over, and with the support of her husband, family and friends, she left her marketing job and followed her bliss to found LooHoo's Asian Comfort Food.

You can find Founder and Chef Cindy Liu teaching classes at the Lavender Inn in Ojai, occasionally on 1520AM as a guest of "805 with Tom and Sandy", co-hosting pop-up dinners throughout Ventura County and catering special events.
